USA
Olmsted Outerwear offers free shipping worldwide.
All US orders ship with UPS and are delivery duty paid (DDP).

EUROPE
Olmsted offers complimentary shipping everywhere in the world.
However, local import duties and taxes might be added to international shipments upon reception. These costs are the receiver's responsibility and can be paid on arrival.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
For security reasons, all of our shipments require a signature.
Before shipping your order, our warehouse inspects to make sure items are in top condition. In the case you receive a damaged item please contact Customer Care immediately.
Returns
*Please note that we have a no exchange or return policy for our customized eiderdown coats.
All merchandise must be returned with their original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in an unaltered condition. All original tickets must be attached and a copy of your invoice must be enclosed with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number clearly documented. You have 20 days to return an item/items once you have received your order.
To send your return back to us, simply follow the below steps:
1. Please email info@olmsted.co to request an RA#.
2. Print all documents included with your RA# email (Return Authorization number).
3. Repackage the item(s) you would like to return.
4. Sign provided documentation required to clear customs. Place the commercial invoice & all documentation in the clear envelope that accompanied your order.
5. Place the prepaid UPS return label in the same clear envelope that accompanied your order. Ensure that your tracking label is visible and will scan by placing it on top of all other documentation in the clear envelope.
6. Secure the clear envelope outside the box you'll ship back to us.
7. Drop off your shipment at any UPS facility or contact the courier in order to organize the pick-up.
Once our warehouse receives and processes your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 14 business days.
You will be refunded the amount you originally paid when purchasing, excluding shipping charges. Keep in mind that customized items are non-refundable.
Olmsted Outerwear is unable to refund taxes/duties since it's the country as to which the order is shipped that collects the taxes/duties.
